The quiet town of Forks is unusually loud.
The Cullen family, with their unusual looks and behavior are still attracting rumors.Carlisle, Esme, Jasper, Edward and Emmett are all trying to keep their distance to keep their identity secret but it’s getting harder and harder to keep their secrets hidden.
Bella and Edward are under threat from the Volturi but the Cullen family won’t let any harm come to the pair. What will happen to them all?
More people are flooding into Forks, the Brandon’s have moved in. Cynthia has an addiction for going to La Push as soon as she moves to Forks, Alice becomes addicted to the presence of Jasper Hale and Sara becomes very suspicious of her daughters behavior, she works with Carlisle and she watches him carefully.
Another addition to Forks life is Rosalie Hale. She moved to Forks from a foster family and now lives on her own. She has a complicated history and keeps to herself, she eventually falls in with Emmett Cullen.
If the Volturi come, which they will, there will be more problems to deal with than just Edward.
Jake is neglecting his duties as a wolf. He got over Bella and imprinted on her cousin, Cynthia. But how does this impact Alice when she is dating a vampire and Cynthia knows what Jasper is before Alice herself knows?
Will Cynthia act before Alice gets to close to Jasper but will Alice listen? Will the Volturi come? Will Bella be upset at losing Jake’s love and resent Cynthia? Will Alice find out what Jake is and try and stop Cynthia? Will the family turn into enemies?
